UNEARTHING THE
MARS MONOLITHS
All of human history have revolved around mysterious lithic formations.
Upon discovering the Aardvark House Monolith, the rest of the MARS monoliths of Melancholy, Atomism, Radicality, and Strangeness soon revealed themselves.
BUT WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

AARDVARK HOUSE MONOLITH
Nestled in the liminal space between Nowhere and Never Was lies the peculiar Aardvark House Monolith. If you peer into the horizon through its two windowy eyelets, you feel as though you never were, but forever will be. Do you understand?
MELANCHOLIC MONOLITH
Not far from the original monolith, you may stumble over a dismal outcrop in the dirt. Here lies the Melancholic Monolith, an omen of sadness past and peace not yet found.
Sit with me a while, there's no hurry.

Atomic MONOLITH
You make your way through the melancholic fog to
the Atomic Monolith. Freestanding and rather disjunct, its wisdom becomes clear. All things are made of its parts, each important, revealing, and whole.
If you fall apart, are you less or are you more?

RADICAL MONOLITH
The deafening atomic silence drives you to
look for solace in the roaring aura of the great
Radical Monolith. Physically, there appears to be no difference from the monoliths past, but
in spirit, you can never go back to what once was. And you are confident what is ahead far outworths what lies behind.

STRANGE MONOLITH
Forever transformed but never changed, you
come to face the final Strange Monolith. How
odd, nothing seems out of the ordinary, now
that you've traveled so far. Your glowing third eye agrees - this must have been for naught. Oh well, it must be time to head home. Where is that again?
